Anibet Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Anibet ("Anibet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Anibet website located at anibet.app and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, promotions, and any other features made available on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the Anibet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Anibet platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Anibet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and Anibet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To open and maintain an account at Anibet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation in the Philippines and is strictly enforced.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted by applicable law at the time of use.
• You must not be a resident of any territory where the use of the Anibet platform is prohibited by local law or regulation.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and capacity — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing Anibet account. Only one account per person is allowed.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Anibet or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Anibet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for all activity on your Anibet account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted. Anibet treats every action taken from a logged-in account as being made by the account holder.

You are required to keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party. Anibet staff will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any such request, it is not from Anibet. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password at once.

Players who have reason to believe another individual has accessed their account — whether a family member, friend, or unknown party — should contact support without delay. Anibet will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred through unauthorized access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security measures.

• Accounts must be kept up to date with accurate personal information.
• Players must notify Anibet promptly of any changes to contact details.
• Account balances are non-transferable between players.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Fee Schedule.

All financial transactions on Anibet are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Anibet supports a range of local payment methods familiar to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are typically credited to your Anibet wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on your chosen channel. Anibet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but typically complete within a few hours to one business day.

• Withdrawal requests may be held for review if there is suspected fraud, identity mismatch, or unmet wagering requirements.
• Anibet reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a payment processing fee on withdrawal — see the Fee Schedule for details.
• All pending withdrawals not yet processed can be cancelled by the player from the cashier section of your account.

Anibet offers a range of promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, valid games, and expiry dates. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable cash. Only bets placed with bonus funds (or the portion of each bet funded by the bonus) count toward the wagering requirement. Bets on excluded games or markets do not contribute. Bets that are voided or cancelled do not contribute.

Anibet reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonuses if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements at minimum risk, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players.

• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Expired bonus funds are removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
• Anibet may require a minimum odds threshold on sports bets for them to qualify toward wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the Anibet platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within each game section and on the relevant product pages. The rules here cover the general principles that apply across all betting activity.

Bet acceptance: Anibet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets placed on markets affected by a technical error, bets placed after the official start of an event, or bets placed by a player identified as engaging in irregular wagering patterns.

Errors and technical faults: In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect odds display or incorrect bet acceptance, Anibet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. Obvious pricing errors (manifestly incorrect odds that no reasonable player would expect to be genuine) will be voided.

• Bets are final once confirmed. They cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the player unless Anibet provides a cash-out option for the specific market.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets already placed before a suspension are unaffected.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per player per day apply — these are published in the relevant game rules section.
• Anibet may limit the maximum stake on any bet at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Anibet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of any balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using Anibet to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering in any form.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using non-public information, or participating in or facilitating the manipulation of sporting events.
• Bonus abuse: Any deliberate strategy to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended purpose, including multi-accounting, coordinated abuse, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet requirements.
• Unauthorized automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the Anibet platform in a way that circumvents normal human player activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino games or betting markets in a way that unfairly exploits the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider after making a deposit, except where there is a genuine error or fraudulent charge. Abusive chargebacks will result in immediate account closure.

Anibet collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if Anibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Anibet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim or the total deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

Anibet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. Anibet is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability unless caused by our gross negligence.

Anibet is not responsible for the reliability, availability, or accuracy of third-party services including payment processors, live data providers, and streaming services. Delays or errors caused by these third parties do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Anibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure from a Philippine government authority.
• Discovery that a player is under the legal minimum age.
• Any activity that Anibet reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or its business integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Anibet may forfeit any remaining balance at its discretion. Where an account is closed for other reasons, Anibet will process a withdrawal of any legitimate balance to the player's registered payment method after completing necessary verification steps.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Please note that closing your account voluntarily does not constitute self-exclusion — if you wish to be excluded from Anibet specifically for problem gambling reasons, please activate the self-exclusion tool in your account settings.

Anibet may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices. When material changes are made, Anibet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter period is required by law or for urgent operational reasons.

Your continued use of the Anibet platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at anibet.app/terms-conditions, including the date they were last updated.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Anibet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You must contact Anibet support with the details of your complaint and allow a reasonable period — typically 30 days — for the matter to be investigated and resolved. Anibet is committed to handling all complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority for adjudication. Anibet will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or arbitration process.
